Steve Wade, an Executive Director in the People Advisory Services Practice of EY, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Steve has nearly 30 years of experience of advising multi-national companies.

Susan Ball

Susan has over 30 years' experience working extensively in the employment tax, investigations and reward field. She has a breadth of experience in dealing with all aspects of PAYE and Social Security in the UK and overseas.

Ian Holloway

Ian has been in the payroll profession for over 30 years, processing payrolls from all sectors, large and small.  He moved from hands-on exposure in 2011 to become involved in educating the profession.

Andy Nicholls is an Industry Liaison Manager at The Pensions Regulator. In this role he is responsible for engaging with payroll professionals, software providers and industry bodies, to help them understand the 'automatic enrolment' duties.

Duncan Groves 

After graduating in law, Duncan joined the Inland Revenue in PAYE Audit. He moved into the profession in 1988 working with a top 20 firm before joining a specialist tax investigation consultancy in 1991.
