Patrycja Strzelecka 

Patrycja has many years of experience in outsourcing business services. She has built one of the biggest accounting companies in Poland, Extor S.A., which TMF acquired in May 2016. 

Joan Haafs

Joan leads TMF Netherlands' Global Business Services, including the Dutch international payroll business. He has over 17 years’ experience in the payroll outsourcing industry.

As with many global companies, Microsoft’s world of payroll is varied, complex and wide ranging.  Over the last few years our focus has been on aligning our payroll providers, aligning our service delivery and implementing global processes, all with a focus on enhancing our employee experience.  Next steps are for us to further our alignment in the way we work, automating repetitive manual processes and enhancing our audits and controls.  With 109 countries in scope the opportunities to further advance what we deliver are immense and have presented many challenges along the way and will continue to do so but ultimately are leading us to deliver an industry recognised global payroll service delivery model.

Joy Hartigan, Director Global Payroll Process Owner Microsoft

Joy Hartigan is a Director and the Process Owner for Global Payroll at Microsoft.  She has over 20 years of experience in payroll covering all levels of payroll roles from Payroll Administrator through to Head of Payroll.  She has also managed multiple payroll system implementations, worked in payroll consulting as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert and in payroll supplier relationship management.  She has a breadth of experience in dealing with all aspects of payroll both in service delivery and payroll strategy.
